RE: Issue with Prusa slicer
The model will have errors. You haven't attached the model or even the thingiverse number so I can't check but its almost always the case. Missing areas like that are usually down to the model being no manifold. Cura is obviously fixing things automatically, something it seems to do better than PS for many models.
If you are running PS on windows 10 then you have the option to right click the part in slicer ans use the fix through netfabb function. If you on on a different OS then you could always use the online version of Netfabb to fix it. Or fix it in some other software like Blender or Freecad etc.

@neophyl
Thanks
I have fixed the error with Netfabb (within PS) but, although it appears fixed, PS does not slice it properly unless I cut off the little portion.
By the way the Thingiverse model is this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4554908
RE: Issue with Prusa slicer
Which of the 7 models is it ? Also what orientation and scale are you using ?
Best way to debug issues like this is to save your plater as a project (File> Save project as) and then take the 3mf it produces, zip it up into an archive and then attach the zip file to a post here. Must be zipped or the forum wont accept the files.
With a 3mf project we can slice it with exactly the same settings you are using and look at the output and tweak things etc if needed.
I download those models and they are VERY broken. Hundreds of non manifold edges etc on each of the main model pieces. Even the wind and stand are no manifold. Whoever designed them doesnt know how to model for 3dprint. A model HAS to be manifold to be printable.
I'm not surprised even netfabb cant fix them automatically. That area where its missing stuff is still no n manifold even after repair. I did one of the underside socket models and the auto repair got it down from 350 non manifold edges to 61 but it just doesnt know what to do with that area and a large part of it is open mesh. It would take hours of work to fix it I think.

@neophyl
Thanks for your help.
De facto, before opening this post, I tried to repair the file with FreeCad but it got stacked.
Tomorrow, now I am involved in cooking New Year's eve dinner, I will follow carefully your suggestions and keep you posted and send the files you requested.
RE: Issue with Prusa slicer
Out of the 7 models I have used AIRemoraFull_Shaft.stl scaled to 300% to get closer to the dimensions of the Warhammer original model.
At the beginning I printed the separate parts (Top, Underside, Weapon and Wing) that appeared to be in better “conditions”, all scaled the same, but their final assembly was not easy and satisfactory. Then I opted for the Full model. To be able to print it without supports I cut it (within PS).
My question is focused on what and how it happened, more than the print itself, to be able to learn and avoid future mistakes from downloaded or self-produced models, especially improve my knowledge of “manifold”. The requested zip file is attached to this post.
RE: Issue with Prusa slicer
Addendum to my previous post:
I just discovered an explanation of what manifold means within this contest inside an old post..
"The errors mean there are unconnected or misconnected vectors in the model you are importing. Manifold means the model is "watertight" and there are no places where water would escape a given shell. Non-manifold means the surface of the model isn't really a solid so the slicer can have problems knowing what is an outside surface versus an inside surface. Also, multiple interconnecting shells in a model can also cause serious slice problems."
