Is there possibility to set hotend fan speed?
My hotend fan keeps weird noise and I'd like to test how it behaves if speed is reduced a bit. All answers leads to filament fan and I can't find any real topics of hotend fan. Is there any ways? I've used PS a long time and can do all neccessary setting but this I can't find so is there any?

You don't mention what printer you have. There are no settings in Prusa Slicer for this.
Generally the hotend fan is controlled directly by the printer firmware. So its entirely dependent on your printer if it has speed control on that fan. Many don't, its a case of being on or off for many of the control board's out there.
If your fan is making noise then try cleaning it out as a first step. Second step would be to lubricate the bearings. If neither of those help then its new fan time.
