Is there a way to position a model pixel-perfect for resin printing?

When printing thin walls (e.g. 0.5 mm thick) with resin printers, the anti-aliasing edges on both sides of the wall can make the wall much thinner (e.g. 0.43 mm). For functional parts, most edges are perpendicular and could be aligned with the raster of the LCD-pixels. Is there a way in PrusaSlicer to position an x-edge and y-edge exactly on the pixel-raster of the LCD?

What an interesting question. I've only had my SL1S for 3 months and I have notices that the SL1/S forum is not very active and that the Facebook group is more active. You might want to post your question there. https://www.facebook.com/groups/prusacommunityresin
