Is there a complete list of macro placeholders?
The documenation at https://help.prusa3d.com/article/list-of-placeholders_205643 is missing some placeholders. For example:
- first_layer_temperature
- first_layer_bed_temperature
The only reason I know those exist is because I found them in the Klipper documentation. Since the person that wrote the klipper doc knew about them I suspect there is a more complete list somewhere. Does anyone know of a link to a doc page that has a complete list of the placeholders?

The ones you mentioned are defined on the macros page https://help.prusa3d.com/article/macros_1775
I'm not aware of a page that lists all placeholders in one place.
