I don't believe it is, why not head over to the Prusa GitHub and do a Request Feature:

and click on the New Issue button.

Not in the slicer. Of course, for those printers where it matters (Mk3, Mini) they can be named and profiled in the firmware.

Or you can use OrcaSlicer where you can create multiple plates and add your Prusa printer profile etc
