I'm new to PrusaSlicer so be kind, LOL .... Does it have a ironing option?

Not yet. Early Alphas of the PrusaSlicer 2.3 release include a number of interesting features, including ironing and infill options to support it. Hard to say how long exactly it will be before a release.

Cura has ironing but doesn't have profiles for Prusament.

Super Slicer also has ironing currently and as it’s built on Prusa Slicer all the profiles are available just the same.
