Infill doesn't reach edges
I'm trying to figure out what setting I've made such that the infill on this part doesn't reach all the way to the edges, but rather, exists only vertically wherever there is a horizontal surface above.
The part in question has a significant tumble-home (upper surface tilted inward)
However, when sliced, the internal infill only rises up in the areas where there is some flat surface overhead:
This seems to me like it would seriously compromise the strength of the part; in those areas with the tumble-home, there will only be the bottom layers and perimeters making up the object.

Check to see if you have Print Settings->Infill->Reducing printing time->Only infill where needed enabled. Disable it if so and try again.
If you want real part strength, increase perimeters. Stefan did a comparison of infill patterns on his CNC Kitchen YouTube channel and concluded that, while there were some benefits to different infill patterns, an extra perimeter made far more of a difference on part strength.

Exactly. I found this while I was waiting for the post to be moderated.
I understand about the perimeters being a major source of strength, but my impression was that this would be just a little too flexible without the infill connecting to the perimeters.
