import multimaterial within one file

Hey,

as far as I know the slicer also support multimaterial by coloring the STL

How can I use this with an already "painted" file?

I have an coloured OBJ with MTL, or an colored 3MF or also 3 colored 3DS File. But the slicer dont recognize the colours.

Painting again this komplex modell is no option, and shouldn't.

How can I solve this? This?

RE:

Or what about this?
When I paint within prusa slicer and save it as 3MF and unzip this 3MF I have some files. Also a 3dmodel.model file. There are all triangles. But where are the information written wich colour is wich triangle?

EDIT: ist added with <triangle v1="4342" v2="4341" v3="4401" slic3rpe:mmu_segmentation="4"/>

There isnt.  They are just a list.  That why you lose the colouring if you replace the model as the list is treated as a different list.  AT the moment PS has no way to link to a different setting from a different piece of software to its own internal setting for a different material.   I was going to link you to the relevant github feature request but I see you have already found it.
