I can't assign 1 tool to 2 objects
I have two objects. I'm using a Toolchanger, but I only want to print both objects with 1 tool. This is not that tricky a Use Case!
PrusaSlicer will not let me assign the same tool/extruder to both objects on the plate. I assign them to tool 1 slice and it reassigns them both to tool 4.
Goin back to Simplify3D!

If you're going to use Simplify3D anyway, I guess this was just a rant. But if you're interested in getting suggestions for making it work in Prusaslicer, you can upload your 3mf project file here (after zip compressing it), to see if there are any issues with the settings that could cause that behavior, or whether it's a genuine bug. I suspect there are folks with more experience in multi-extruder setup than I have here, who might be able to assist.
