RE: How do I remove these

Please post a copy of your project file (File>Save As to save the .3mf file) then zip it up and attach it.  Must be zipped for the forum to accept it.  That will let us see the project and all the settings.  You have posted a rather zoomed in view that gives little context to your issue.

If I had to guess I would try turning off Detect thin walls, as tha'ts probably what is being detected and causing the extrusion.  However be aware that that could cause the reverse in other parts of the project.  For example in a lithograph you could get holes with it turned off.  This is why posting a project file is so important.

Yep you did that right 🙂

Unfortunately with Prusa Slicer I didn't find any combination of settings that would stop the little bits of negligent perimeters in mid air.  I tried with and without detect thin walls, x/y compensation both positive and negative, with and without vertical shell thickness, changing the external perimeter extrusion width down to 0.4 with a 0.2mm positive x/y gave the best but even then there were still a few areas that had floating bits of extrusion.

Some combinations even resulted in empty layers being detected making it not slice at all.  I'd say its a pretty challenging model to print with a 0.4 nozzle.  Its really struggling with those thin edges of the tooth.  It might be worth making a post over on the Prusa Slicer github with the project zip. https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues

I printed it and it printed fine. Did not seem to affect the print. Really was a nice print.

Thanks for the help
