i always hit the border and the scrollbar gets bigger and covers the gears of "edit preset"
than i have to wiggle my mouse and wait until the scrollbar gets small again
can i disable the scrollbar
i am proud of my mouse weel and using it

on the right border the scrollbar hides the gears

Looks like a linux issue as the windows version if you reduce the height enough to make it add a scroll bar (which you have to reduce it a lot) then the window moves over to avoid the scroll bar.
Looks like its a recursion of a previous issue too https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/5472
You might want to go open a new one.
