Help with Height; new to Prusa slicer

I'm pretty green at 3d printing so please be gentle.   I've searched for guidance on this forum and the web and have not found the answer.

I've been using Cura as my slicer since I got my printer.  I want to print a 3D RC plane and the site suggested to use Prusa to print it.

I have been using PETG for the filament on this exercise.  I figured I would try a Benchy for my first print using Prusa.  As you can see the two Benchy's on the left are printed with

Prusa Slicer and the one on the right is with the Cura Slicer.  I know there's a lot of stringing but that's a different issue.  As you can see the printer printed the two left Benchy's to this height, 23mm and 20 mm.   Moved up and turned off the heat to the extruder but it kept moving like it was printing.  The drive was trying to push filament but with the heat turn off it just stalled.

I thought maybe the nozzle was clogged but when I heated the nozzle the filament flowed out as normal.  So after these to attempts I went back to Cura and printed Brenchy again to see if it would do the same thing.  The Benchy on the right is the result and it works like it should.  For a printer I'm using a Cruality CR10s Pro V2 with the Sonic Pad.

If Anyone can point me in the direction of what to look for or change it will be appreciated.
