Help Please New to Slicer

I hope someone can help me Im new to slicer, I have a new project and using Polly Alchemy which I hate by the way,, but the colour is what im after, the filament is sticking on the spool so Im having to watch it for the odd 12 hrs, any way left side of the model is excellent but the right is terrible,, was thinking of it under extruding but that would be everywhere any suggestion or help appreciated..
also where the bridging has occurred there is a line around the model...

You can change the seam position to rear, and that may help the acceleration artifacts on the right. The line is a common artifact that happens with the Prusa that requires some patience to resolve. But generally, adding perimeters and slowing perimeter print speed can help.
