Grid on the printing plane is not visible
How can I switch the grid on and off? Currently it's off 🙁

There have been several reports of this, I don't know if anyone has found a reason or a fix but here are some links (other links in the posted thread) to different threads that folks have posted with regard to this happening.

Exactly the same problem. Most likely a problem with PrusaSlicer. So I'm waiting for an update.

Current opinion on the GitHub threads is that it’s a problem with certain amd graphics drivers.
