Going bonkers -- why is it changing the model upon slicing?

I'm really scratching my head here... I have a model with an indent in the middle, like this:

It's .03125 in in height so should be like 3 layers deep at least (printing at .2mm quality, 4mm nozzle)

The slicer recognizes it on the first screen (with the fillet around it) -- but after slicing it just makes the whole layer flat!!

I toggled every setting I could think of, but same story! Any ideas?

TY!!

RE:

Probably a faulty model.  Also both of those links appear to go to the same picture.  IN future can you please use the add media button on the forum to embed your pictures here so we can actually see them.  We have to post this so many times but....

Without your project file it will be very difficult or impossible to know.

Please go into Prusa Slicer and use File>Save Project As.  This will save a .3mf.  The 3mf contains your model but also all the settings you are using as well as any modifiers, placements etc etc.  It is a complete snapshot of it.  With that we can see and slice exactly as you can.  The please attach it here.

You must however ZIP the 3mf file up to attach it here.  If its not zipped then the forum will just silently not attach it.  The forum allows only very limited file types.
