Flow::mm3_per_mm() produced negative flow. Did you set some extrusion width too small?

A complicated, but not *too* complicated object is giving me this error when I try to slice it.  This is an upgrade from a design I created (and printed successfully) some years ago.

I can't upload the STL file, but I have made the design public so you can view it using TinkerCad (search for "DeWalt Body Clip")

Any idea  why I'm getting this error?

Hmm, loaded the STL from TinkerCad into Windows 3D Builder app, clicked on the 'repair' icon (wrench) when it offered to repair 'invalid components', saved the result as a .3MF file, imported the .3MF into PS (PrusaSlicer-2.3.0), and now all is well.  Go figure.

I had this same issue with a new model I generated using OpenSCAD.  I couldn't figure out why the bottom 3.6 mm wasn't being sliced.  I finally popped the error message in Google and found this post.  Thank you internet stranger!

You are welcome, and that is the beauty and power of the Inet; If you have a problem, chances are very good that someone else in the i-verse has had (and solved) the exact same problem - a year ago! 😛
