First layer height, I don't get it.

I am having trouble sticking my first layer to the glass bed. A friend of mine uses the same material, same glass, same spray. So we're looking at other differences, one of those is the slicer / slicer settings. He runs a 0,10 mm first layer height to really squish the PLA into the bed. So I set my slicer to a base layer height of 0,16 and a first layer height of 75%, which I would persume is 0,12 mm. But when I read the g-code, it prints the first layer at Z = 0,3. That is weird, I cannot find that 0,3 in the settings but it does apear in the g-code. Please help me understand.

Never mind, it seems this setting references to Nozzle diameter, not to layer height. Which does not make any sense to me, but still, it does. I just went to absolute now and it works.
