Filling objects which consist multiple closed objects merged together? No fill is generated with default options?

I have a model which consists of multiple closed spaces - is there a way to tell prusaslicer to fill closed areas, but leave internal structures in place, so that I can use weak infill such as low-% fills or lightning to fill the model, to avoid long bridges to be used for horizontal surfaces? Critical stuff is supported with manually done structures.

(if forceinfill in the start of file is enabled, a rudimentary support is manually done to support flat top.
