Filament profiles are empty in PrusaSlicer 2.6.0-beta4? How to get them back?
Hi,
Downloaded PrusaSlicer 2.6.0-beta4 from github, but my filament profiles are empty How to fix that?
When invoking PrusaSlicer 2.5.2 installed on my Windows machine, all filament profiles that I use on my Mini are there.
How can I transport them over?

Did you use the Configuration Wizard to add a printer in the beta4? During this process you can also add filament profiles. Or you can import the settings from your existing older version, via File > Import > ...

Yes. After filament profiles were empty I ran that Config Wizard and even selected Mini as my printer. No change, still no filament profiles there 🙁
Export everything from my 2.5.2 installation and import into PrusaSlicer 2.6.0 Beta 4 brought back everything - except the filament profiles.
What is wrong here?
With that, PrusaSlicer 2.6.0 is totally unusable for me...

Just had a quick look,
after startup the slicer comes up with its configuration assistant.
Specified a printer there and the desired filament profiles.
At the end of all this click on the finish button.
And this is the result.

Make sure you have "Checked for Configuration Updates" to get the latest updates. This should fill it in. I just loaded Beta 4, did the updates, then ran through configuration wizard made selections on printers and material, used Next until the end.

If you at once click on "Finish" in the Configuration Wizard, you will not get to the selection dialog for adding filament profiles. You should always click on "Next" to get all the steps.
Selecting ALL filament profiles there did the trick. Prusa ones would have been sufficient, too.
Thanks a lot!
