RE: Loud buzzing during movement

I think I might have the exact same problem.  I've adjusted belt tension and tightened every screw I can reach after taking off the side and top panels.  I emailed support yesterday but haven't heard back from them yet.  Here's a video of mine: https://photos.app.goo.gl/dwmpuGdbMPLovo3B8

Yeah, that sounds similar or identical.  After another round with support Prusa would like to have mine back for investigation and repair.  I'm working through that process now.

Mine was very silent for a few weeks, now i tried to do a more ambitious belt tensioning and getting it more even between the sides and closer to the spec, and now it makes a little bit of that sound at some movements. Maybe I should just go back to having my belt tension all over the place, it actually printed slightly better and was more quite that way 😀

Make sure to not just get the end-stops hitting in sync with even belt tension, but also get/use a machinist square to make sure the X-axis is 90° to the Y-axis rods, when the belts are loose.

It should be the case, but if not, there might be quite some strain on the bearings etc.

Oh wow. Good luck, hope that goes quickly. I converted mine from a MK4, so I don't think I'll have that option. 😅

Support has replied and suggested some basic stuff I've already checked (check for rubbing cables and lubricating the smooth rods).

Check the screws holding the fan duct to the nextruder. Mine had a very similar noise caused by the screws rattling loose. I might try applying some low strength threadlocker to stop that from happening again.

Interesting.  I'd check, but mine is already on the way to PrintedSolid for a check out.  I did send them the link to this thread, so perhaps they will read it.

I'm also watching this related thread, which is larger and seems to be describing something similar or identical to what I'm experiencing:
