Feature Request: Multiple colors per filament profile
I posted this to SuperSlicer, but there's no reason it couldn't go here too.
I've always had trouble with multiple colors per filament profile. If I wanted to tweak a setting for a specific brand/type of filament, I'd have to go make that change manually in all of the other matching profiles. Sometimes I'd forget to do that and have one color printing at 195 and another printing at 210. Super frustrating.
Since the "color" setting is visual only and the printer doesn't care what color the filament is, I think it would be nice if we could have multiple colors per profile and pick them in the 3D editor view through a second drop-down menu. Either that or remove the color setting from the profile altogether and choose them on the fly.
The way this would work is in $datadir/filament/$filamentProfile.ini, the filament_colour property would become an array like #26C5D7 #FFFF84 #E7696C
The screenshot below shows colors in a grid, but could also be a list with text showing the name. filament_colour would become a two dimensional array like #26C5D7,"Blue Wave" #FFFF84,"Banana" #E7696C,"Watermelon"
