Feature request: add new modifier - TEXT
Hi,
would be possible to add "TEXT" as modifier to the Slic3r?
This would be real "game changer" because then it's possible to customize prints much quicker and easier. Currently it's very paintful to do it separately in external 3d CAD system.

As far as I know this function does not exist, I would like to use this function to personalize models with ID or name.

Text seems simple, but it greatly complicates things from a UI perspective, adds complexity to code including more dependencies, and could just be done from your modeling application, so it seems unlikely to be a high priority to be added to PS itself.
Does anyone know of a _slicer_ that does have text related features?
