Fans of multiple extruders

I just dowloaded the new version of PrusaSlicer (2.8.0) and tested out a quick part with multiple extruders. I was using another slicer before and had the fan speed at 0 for the PETG extruder (#1) and had the fan speed gradually increase starting from 0 for the PLA extruder (#0). I put the exam same settings in Prusa and ran a print. I have seperate cooling fans (one attached to each extruder) and i noticed that the fan of the PETG extruder was on and that the PLA one wasn't always on. I checked the gcode and noticed that the gcode generator was not identifying which fan when setting a fan speed. It was writing M106 S255 right before the tool change T0, so the fan speed was set to the extruder #1 (PETG) and remained 0 for the extruder #0 (PLA).

Is there a way to clearly tell Prusa to write M106 S255 P0 or M106 S0 P1? Or simply write the M106 command after the tool change and not before.

Thank you for your help
