Fan speed ramp up setting seems to be applied at a wrong layer

Dear all,

I have configured the slicer to switch on fan for 50% at layer 220, but as to the fan speed view after slicing, 50% is switched at layer 320 and at layer 220 it is 0.

Is it something I have overlooked?

If you want help then please save your project from slicer, take the resulting 3mf file and zip it into an archive and then attach it to a post here. Needs to be zipped for the forum to accept the file.

There are so many settings that pictures of your screen don't help that much.  With the project we have access to all of them as well as the model and also have access to the preview for ourselves and can possibly then figure out whats happening.  For example does your project have support ?  Support layers are different to object layers and 'throw off' the count on the preview.  Cant tell from the pictures but with the project it then becomes possible.

If however you have found a bug then they should be reported over on the Prusa Slicer github project located here - https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues   following their guidelines on creating new issues.

However post your problem project and lets at least check it out first.

This is a user to user help forum, the devs don't pop in very often.

Unfortunately I haven't saved the project and I cannot reproduce the issue when starting from scratch. I will mark as Solved, but will keep an eye on that.
