Edit , nope it under extrude big time.

I have to disassembly this thing and clean it roughly . I will be switching the heatbreak with titanium one and stock fan with more powerful sunion.

Any other advice, printed ok on 265 C then cloging started and I raised temps in order to run this thing , but still no success, the spool is inside eBox for the last 4 days. Any chance I did overcooked this thing

Nope, it is pretty easy to print for me (no harder than PLA).  I do have the Mosquito Magnum Hot End and a 0.4mm Tungsten Carbide Nozzle.  You don't want to go any smaller than 0.4mm and you need a good nozzle.  What is your nozzle made from?  It it is Brass then the CF will chew it out.  If it is hardened than you will need to raise you print temp (as it is worse at conducting heat).  The Tungsten Carbide Nozzles are really really good, high thermal transfer properties and very low wear.  There is a thread on these somewhare...

My setup is , stock V6 hot end with SS heat break and e3d hardened nozzle 0.4

I upped the temps up to 279 C, no luck, I think the noctua fan is not cooling enoughfor 270 C+

First test was with 265 and went OK

then I noticed it is freezing and upped the temps, but no luck.

When from factory bag and before using you data I used some Nylon profile edited and it was printing ok

Unscrew the Nozzle and have a look?  The only think I've noticed (but it has not caused an issue for me), is the dry CF is harder and stiffer than other filaments so maybe it is slipping in the gears on the extruder?  If the Nozzle is clear then maybe tighten it up a bit?

For information I have printed about 400g of my ePA-CF spool with no issues without drying it, at 250 degres.
Standard E3D V6 hotend except nozzle which is a NozzleX.

So having in hand diamond hotend , decided to swap .

1. I had heat creap in the heat break, so my thoughts about weak noktua fan are correct.

2. Did not have enough time tonight , so just printed 40x40 cube in vase mode , the wall is 0.51 mm with 0.95 just like my very first test .

more tests tomorrow, left the filament in a bag with sachet of silicagel

Tomorrow 3 hours in ebox and then tests again , this time I put Nozlle X 0.4 mm

Printed slow, if I remember well 20-40 mm /s and fan stopped. Like for standard nylon.  (Sorry I am away from my computer to have a look at the profile)

FYI - I test printed the 40mm cube in vase mode using ePA-CF and it was accurate in x/y dimensions better than 0.1mm (both came in at 39.9x mm) just above the base and the Z was 39.8x mm (so better than 0.2mm) but this could be a first layer squash.  The cube did have a twist in it so the top is romboidal with the tension (eg out of square).

what about wall thickens, it hsve to be 0.45 , but it is 0.52 mm

The dimensions are 40 +/- 0.2 mm

With 0.87 extruder coefficient I got 0.46 wall, that is within the error of my dial caliper .

That extruder coefficient looks oddly small.  Mine is 0.96 and a my Default Extrusion Width is 0.45.

I never checked esteps on prusa, something that I start with other printers, but with PETG and ABS the wall was spot on last time I checked with new filament
