Escalones en pieza
Buenas, estoy teniendo problemas con una pieza muy simple, es un cilindro conico, pero al imprimirlo en mi mk3s salen estos escalones y en el laminador parece estar bien..

For help with individual models we are going to need at minimum the model. A better way is to save your model in Prusa Slicer as a project (Save As) that will save a .3mf file. That will contain the model as well as all the settings you are using. You will have to zip it up to attach it as the forum is picky on the file types it supports.
When we have the .3mf it makes it much easier to debug issues and its then possible someone could print it and see if its a slice/model or printer issue. Any of which it could be given the pics.

Buenas, he intentado insertar el archivo incluso comprimiendolo pero no me deja..

I attached a zipped file recently so I'm afraid I dont know why you cant attach a .zip file. I just use the Attach File button on the bottom of the edit message window and then choose the zipped up file.
