Entering cost of filament into prusa slicer to get piece price
I enter the cost of my filament spool but the price does not stay or calculate the cost of the piece that I am printing.
Any help would be appreciated because I want to put myself on the directory so people in my area can contact me to print their parts.
Also any suggestions to pricing for my time and effort into the price of the final product would also be appreciated.
Thank you.

It should should show after you slice and generate gcode. Here is my output from 2.2
Is your printer grinding? Bearings squeaking? Motors smoking?
Step 1) Wash your Steel Sheet
Step 2) Return to Step 1

Not sure if this is the issue but you cant edit one of the default filament profiles. Any changes you make to the profile, including the price must then be saved as a different name. Once you have your own saved one you can then make as many changes as you want and save over it.
You just select your customised filament at slicing time and the price should reflect what you have configured.

@nilok
Are you putting the whole weight of filament on your spool (eg. new spool) when calculating?
Thanks,

I use the cost per Kilogram, yes......but if you are asking if I weigh every spool individually and adjust for any extra included, then no.
