Enlarged layer at the same location.

I print an object with different filaments and at different layer height and each time I get one layer that is larger than it should be.

I do not know why this happens. Any ideas? An inspection of the stl file in FreeCAD shows no anomaly. The anomaly is not seen in the gcode image in Prusaslicer 2.2 or 2.3.

I am showing a photo of the  problem. It is the slight ridge that is the problem. I encircles the entire rectangular shape of the object.

The stl file and the gcode file is at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/kwuwsjpf6m0k87f/AAAQh1wbV-NgVeUgx4_rK2Mha?dl=0

Thanks for any ideas.

I would post the file zipped so folks can look at the Gcode.

I have identified that the problem layer occurs at the same z height as the top surface of the interior circular region. As a programmer I would suspect that that is a clue to finding the slicer bug. Hope I can get the interest of the PrusaSlicer programmers.
