Dual Extruder setup on PrusaSlicer

Hi all, after having many issues withe the slicer software for this printer I have instead decide to use PrusaSlicer. I'm having several problems related to g-code and I don't know how to fix them. 

I want to fix,

• Auto-bed leveling ( it levels itself but doesn't seem to use the values)
  • when I try to get it to mesh bed level with the code it will just probe the print area again
• Wipe tower purge volumes (because its not a single extruder with a mmu I cant seem to change the purge volumes)
  • I tried changing the Purge Volume Multiplier and it looks like it only helped a little bit.
• Tool changes (when it changes extruders it switches right on top of the print leaving oozed filament all over it)
  • I tried a custom g-code to make it move and that didn't work either

the printer model is a CreatBot D600 Pro2. I cant find much at all about it online and the slicer for it is modeled after PrusaSlicer (almost a copy and paste kind of thing) so moving to PrusaSlicer was pretty easy and the best choice.
