Different z-offset heights when switching print preset

Hi everyone
I recently face an issue with my printer (Ender 3 Pro running Klipper with Mainsail and 0.4mm nozzle). I followed setting up the printer during the typical setup. The standard print preset works perfect. The first layer is not to far away from the print bed and the print quality is good. When changing to the high detail preset provided by the slicer my nozzle is above the print bed. After 5 layers or so the print looks perfect again when we talk about High Detail  but the print bed adhesion is really bad. I tried to add a raft for better adhesion. Here I get stuck with the same problem. The first layer of the raft does not stick good to the print bed- the print get's loose over time.

When switching back to the provided standard preset for Ender 3 pro everything works perfect again- just in standard quality and not in high detail.

When modifying the Z-offset in Klipper it works. But then the nozzle is to close to the print bed for the standard preset. So I have to readjust it again. Is this the only way?

Maybe this is an issue due to the  layer height shift?

Something I thought about is if I can change the first layer to print with a standard preset or use a preset for the raft to stick better.

Hope someone can help me out there.

Thanks in advance

Don't know about your specific profiles but all the standard ones use the same first layer height of 0.2mm so that shouldn't effect your first layers at all no matter what the layer is for the rest of the print.

There is nothing in any of the Ender 3 profiles I have installed that should change the first layer, no flow differences, extrusion widths etc.

You can do a compare using the PS compare function to see what differences your 'good' and 'bad' profiles have.

That might be the problem. The one profile that works prints the first layer at 0.35 instead of 0.2mm. I will try to change the first layer height and run a print again.

After adjusting my Z-Offset to fit the 0.2mm layer height works now. Seemed to be the problem when the layer height is different from one to another profile
