Cut Function
I want to adjust the Cut plane X axis several degrees, how can I input the number of degrees I want to tilt the plane?
Select object.
Click cut tool.
Hold shift and click-drag cut line - a handle appears
Drag handle to desired angle using XYZ indicators.

I haven't found a way to enter the angle using a specific typed in value for the angle. You can type a value in for the height though.
However when adjusting by the handle the compass that appears when you are dragging the handle allows you to snap to any of the markings so the inner ones are in 45 degree increments and the outer ones go in steps of 5. That allows a fair bit of control in a quick and easy manner.

Thanks, Neophyl! I have already tried the things you suggested. I just think it would be easier to input the angles needed, trying to move the compass one degree or less is not easy to accomplish.
