Create your own infill patterns

I recently started playing with the top and bottom layer infill pattern and discovered that you can create some really good textures using this feature in Prusaslicer but is also got me thinking about creating my own infill pattern. I can imagine this could create some fun and really cool effects not only with the top and bottom layers but working with transparent materials or printing without perimeters.

Is there a way of implementing this in PrusaSlicer at all?

RE: Create your own infill patterns

At present there is no way to define custom infill patterns in PS.

Have a look at my models on Printables.com 😉

It would be a really nice feature to be able to add your own infill scripts because there would be a lot we could do especially now we can expose infill patterns by turning of perimeters.

Agree, a plugin system for infill pattern would be nice addition to PS.
