Create continuous outer perimeter with variable outer shell
I have a model which has at some points a 0.8mm wall and at others a 2mm wall. When I print the model with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer height I end up with gaps where the 0.8mm wall and the 2mm wall meet. Which setting do I have to change to first get a continuous outer wall of 0.8mm and then add the thicker walls on the "inside"? Thank you for any help!
RE: Create continuous outer perimeter with variable outer shell
Without a saved project help is going to be limited. Have you tried setting external perimeters first ? What slicing engine are you set at ? What version of PS are you using ?
Please save your project using File>Save Project As. Then take the 3mf file produced and ZIP it up. Then attach the zip to a reply here. It must be zipped or the forum just wont accept the file. With a project we can see all the settings you are using and don't have to play a game of 20+ questions. We can also check the slice previews. Basically a project is a complete snapshot and is the best way to debug things.

I'll make sure to add the project file with my next post. I ended up changing my design. Thank you for your time to reply.
