[Confused] PrusaSlicer says model is to big

Hi all,

So I've been busy with remix a model of the weekend, and finally have something I am happy to send to the printer.
And now PrusaSlicer says that the model exceeds the maximum allowed height.

From the attached images, you can see that the original, is actually slightly bigger, and yet it slices perfect.
While the new STL file fails? If I increase the max print height to 230mm it works.. but this makes no sense to me?

Any ideas?

Thanks in Advance

Its a known issue with the 2.6 alpha.  https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/9519

OK.. so that then DOES make sense, and I'm a lot less confused.
I am not sure why the one bigger model worked, but I'll leave that up to the devs to work out

Thanks so much!

Just checked the alpha 5 release notes and this *should* be fixed in 5.  You might want to update and give it a go to confirm that though.

And correct you are!

I had download the newer version this morning.. but had to do paying work 😉
Just tried it now, and it slices perfect.. so time to get printing.

Thanks so much again!
