Completely baffled why wont a design infill anything

This has me completely stumped.

On this design, i cant get any infill to get added to the print

https://www.printables.com/model/1072020-mk4s-bogie-idler-main-plate

Its the idler 6 and 7 parts, I have even tried to import the step file into Fusion and export as stl or mf and it still wont add any infill.

Any idea anyone?

Normal people believe that if it is not broke, do not fix it. Engineers believe that if it is not broke, it does not have enough features yet.

Perhaps the parts were designed that way? You could import the step files into Fusion and make a cross section to see if they are solid or hollow there.

The part is indeed hollow.  This is a view created with the clipping view tool in PrusaSlicer.
