combine different layer thickness in one print?

I need to print a part that has horizontal 'pipes' in it for screws. Previous prints of similar parts with PETG worked fine but now I use PA material and the top of the openings get a bit fuzzy.  I want to try to solve with reduced layer thickness, but I would rather reduce layer thickness only at the layers around the top of the 'pipe'.

How can I instruct PrusaSlicer to use 0.1 mm layers between say z=15 mm and z=18 mm and use standard 0.2 mm elsewhere?

You can either use Variable layer height or a height range modifier and set the desired properties, ie layer height within that range.   Please read the Prusa Slicer knowledge base to become familiar with the basics.
