Changing nozzle sizes with color?
I would like to change my nozzle size when I change the color at a certain Z height. Is there an easy way to do this on Prusa Slicer? Or am I going to have to go old school and do 2 different sliced gcodes together?

Pretty hard swapping nozzles an not jogging Z. Can't imagine any slicer would support this because of the problematic nozzle swap.

Because of all the recalibration and settings changes needed this is only really possible with a multi-toolhead printer. The forthcoming XL should do this without issues but an i3 or Mini is not going to manage it without dramatic modification.
