Change filament feed rate when changing it (in Gcode)

Hello.
Help me find the places where the filament feed rate changes if the planned change of filament during printing.
The fact is that when loading before printing, the speed and feed are normal, however, when the filament change signal sounds during printing, the initial filament, when you press unload, exit it well, but for some reason loading a new one is faster and more than necessary. The result is crackling in the extruder and wear on the filament yarn by the gear of the extruder. I use the standard MK3S
This is especially necessary when changing the nozzle to 0.25 mm

Load and unload processes are set in the printers firmware and not in Prusa Slicer. I haven’t looked deeply but I can’t recall anywhere in the mk3 firmware menu that lets you set those speeds.
Slicer does let you set retract and unretract speeds and those are used during printing but when it sends the gcode commands for something like a filament change it’s just something like M600 (might be m601 can’t remember off hand). The printer firmware then does the Mxxx process on its own with its own programmed speeds. That’s one reason the printer with mmu firmware is different as those speeds are set differently to work with the mmu unit.
They might be set-able via a serial link followed by a M500 command to save to eeprom but that would also depend on if the firmware supported that.
Id ask over on the Prusa github in the firmware section for the printer you have.
