Can't name a filament profile "SainSmart TPU"

There's something I don't understand about filament profiles in PrusaSlicer 2.3.0.    I'm trying to create a filament profile for SainSmart TPU for my Prusa Mini, but If I try to save a profile with that name, I get the message "Cannot override a system profile".  There is no profile I can see with that name.

Are there hidden system profiles? If so how can I access them?

Theres loads of them, I do this:

Menu -> Configuration -> Configuration Assistant

You can then jump straight to "Filaments" in the left hand bullet list by clicking on it and you'll see a list of types and filaments. Under TPU there is a profile for "SainSmart TPU".  If you tick that and then click finish it will enable for selection when slicing.

What can also be confusing is that PrusaSlicer's list of filaments you can choose from is depending on the machine selected. So even if you don't see a particular filament for say the Mini,  it may well still exist for the Mk3S.
