For me the Non-IS profiles do still exist. In the configuration wizard under Prusa Research down at the very bottom is a clump called "Legacy Profiles Family" and for me the Original Prusa MK4, Mini Plus, and XL non-IS profiles are all down there.

Yes, I saw those, but when I try to create a "physical printer" with one of them to set the "Host type" to "OctoPrint" and save it under a new name, the setting does not stick when I load the settings for this "physical printer" again. It reverts to "PrusaConnect" as described in the posts above. I can print without IS with this, just the settings are not permanent. Which is not the behavior from a few weeks ago.
