"Bump" on outside layer when going from solid layer to hollow layer

Hey everyone,

I received my Prusa i3 MKS3+ kit about a month ago and have had some really great prints from it, however I have noticed when going from a solid layer to a hollow/wall layer, my printer created a bump on the outside, almost like a layer shift. Is this due to a Slicer setting? I'm using PrusaSlicer and have seen this on the stock print settings as well as custom print settings I have made. I have only printed in PLA and have had really great results with prints that don't have this "bump" outwards.

If you have any questions or need any additional info, please let me know!

Note on Part 1, the print quality was quite poor for some reason as well, not quite sure why but I'm more worried about the bump.
