Brim not applying around all objects

Hi,

I am trying to slice a file that has multiple individual objects (teeth) - see picture. And only some of the teeth get a Brim around them when I select Brim. Any ideas?

i bet some of the teeth are not starting at 0 level and are hanging in mid air so that Slicer won't brim them
