Bridging causes extruder skipping steps why the flow rate is so high?

The first top layer on top of infill shows as bridge

the speed of this bridging layer is the same as the speed of infill

But somehow the volumetric flow rate for this bridging layer is much higher that flow rate for infill.

This causes my extruder motor to skip steps at the end of each line of this bridging layer. Bridge flow ratio is set to 1, blidge extrusion lines on the visualisation and real extrusions are quite thin (definately not thicker that perimeter lines) so how on earth the flow rate for bridge lines is so high? This makes no sense to me... Could somebody shine some light on what is going on?

After watching my printer more closely I noticed that extruder is skipping steps almost every time there is a sharp (90 degree) turn in a print. Could this be maybe related to linear advance being on, low k value (0.12) and TMC2209 steper driver that I have driving the extruder motor? It happens even if switch off stealth chop for the extruder motor.

My first question about strangely large volumetric flow on bridging still stands as even if skipping steps is caused by linear advance I would still like to know how volumetric flow for bridging is calculated.

To answer we'd have to know the speeds used for infill and bridges as well as any modifiers for extrusion widths and layer heights. I'd suspect t speed. If you zip and upload a project 3MF file it would be easier to look.

@bobstro

I have attached ziped project file. Thank you for looking into my issue. After few more test prints I am more and more tilting towards TMC motor driver and Marlin's linear advance not liking each other.
