Break do not resume print
Hello,
i set a break into my print by using the new feature in prusa slicer 2.2.
After I insert a part into the print tried several times to resume the print, but after heating up, the printhead went to the print and directly went back in the park-position. I did this procedure several times, then I give up.
MK2.5s MMU2s newest Firmware
What did I wrong?
Thank You for Your help, Stefan
RE: Break do not resume print
I have the same problem. Its stops at the breakpoint but "Continue" from the menu just heats up the tip, restarts the print and immediately stops again. Tried five restarts, then I gave up.
What am I doing wrong, missing?
Any clues? Thanx, Arnim.

@inf-93
Just flush Your printer with Firmware 3.9.0 RC1. This solves the Problem for me ( MK2.5s ).
Good luck ...
Stefan
RE: Break do not resume print
What version firmware are you using on your printer ? IIRC there's a firmware issue that is fixed in the 3.9 rc (but as its still a RC it hasn't been officially released as yet)
https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/releases
Infinite Loop
G-code M601 was in specific scenarios causing an endless loop.
If you do decide to try 3.9 remember there could be other issues so use at your own risk.

@neophyl
I use the 3.9.0 RC1 firmware on my MK2.5s. I did some Prints and everything is ok. I disabled the cutting-function (default).
Best regards
Stefan
RE: Break do not resume print
While I know many people who have been using 3.9 rc have had no issues I was thinking along the lines of this issue https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/2543 and while this is probably only an issue with those having a MMU2 that doesn't mean there aren't other bugs in there.
That's why I pointed out that use is entirely at your own discretion. I know even released versions can have bugs, if they didn't we wouldn't need new version now would we 🙂 but everyone should make their own mind up after reviewing all the information possible.
