Bought file keeps slicing as a zombie version of the real thing with empty layers and open edge warnings

I bought a file online and the seller has really been working with me on attempting to print this file. Others have apparently been able to print it without issues but I am stumped about what I can do to fix the issues.

I am new to 3d printing and using prusa slicer but have been able to fix easy files I made myself. This however seems to be one I can't solve as a newbie.

Anyone who can give me some tips?

It got a little bit better after adding thin wall detection and extra perimeters if needed.

Already did the sty repair under File but that solved nothing.

While I think Prusaslicer is currently the best slicer (all things considered), it does tend to find errors that other slicers ignore. Perhaps you could ask the seller which slicer was used to successfully slice this file?

He used Creality slicer, Cura and Meshmixer. I tried to get it correct in Cura but same issues when slicing.

With fix stl and the thin wall detection on it has gotten better so I guess I'll just fill up the gaps and try to get it smooth manually first.

Thanks for the response 🙂
