Bits missing from sliced image
Can anyone tell me why the light shields on the attached images are not being "sliced"? My layer height is 0.2, default extrusion width is 0.45mm and the shields are designed to 1mm thickness, so should be ok for the extrusion width. I'm using FreeCAD to design the model.

Try Detect thin walls. The curvature may make the light shields thinner in parts.
For this kind of question, it's also best to save the project as a 3mf file, zip it, and upload it, so we have the STL and all the settings. You have to zip the 3mf, it won't upload otherwise.

Have you tried repairing the STL, with Netfabb?
