Anyway to turn of PrusaSlicer Autoresize?

I've got a few old STL files and unfortunately lost the original autocad files. They are massively oversize.

It's multiple STL files I'm trying to import together for printing with MMU

Old PrusaSlicer behaviour was to import the files correctly at the giant scale them I could resize them together and the orientations would still be correct. The dialog was shown asking if it was multiple parts of the same object or something along those lines.

New PrusaSlicer behaviour when I go to import the files it warns that they have been automatically resized and skips straight past asking if the STL files are all part of the same object. This ends up with loose files all stuck to the print bed.

It feels like the auto resize on import needs to be optional but I can't find any setting to turn it off in the software. I'm not sure what software I could use to resize the STL files as a group then export individually keeping the correct positioning.

Anyone have experience with this?

What do you mean by oversize?

If this is just a case of mixing imperial and metric note that there is an option to import in imperial units.

Cheerio,

I don't get it either,   with 2.5 I can load an over size stl of multi parts and it loads in fine at full size exceeding my bed size and then I can rescale.

Just HOW much oversize are your parts ?

RE:

While importing 2 STL files together (I have tried drag and drop and File/Import) I get 2 dialog boxes warning of the oversized parts but no dialog asking if the parts are part of the same object.

Just worked out that if I change the printer from "Original Prusa i3 MK2.5 MMU2 Single" over to "Original Prusa i3 MK2.5 MMU2" the dialog now appears and works as intended grouping the parts properly.

Although this is workable for files with a couple of STL's it becomes a bit more of an issue when there is loads of STL files and it's using the "single" printer profile then just selecting the filament on the printer dialog.

A workaround seems to be importing the files using the "Original Prusa i3 MK2.5 MMU2" then when they are imported switching profile to the "Original Prusa i3 MK2.5 MMU2 Single" profile then the parts stay grouped.

Load one part, Right click on the part, and choose 'Add Part>Load' to add additional parts

Ideally load the main part on the build plate, first.
