Any way to force PrusaSlicer to suggest a print is a logo?

I print landscapes that often have water features - rivers and lakes - and want them to be blue.  Recently it 'suggested' the water was a logo.  Wow!  Instead of using paint or outlining all the water features so I could use blue filament the logo was perfect.

My big question is whether I can make PS 4.5 do this.  It would be a lot easier to modify the logo color changes a bit than to do them all by hand.

Use objects with a height no greater then 7.5mm and depressions of no deeper then 5.4mm. <---These are safe numbers, you can fudge them a little sometimes.

You can experiment with this in slicer by adding a Box, then adding a Negative volume to it. Scale the box down to 7.5mm in height, then scale the Negative volume 5.4mm in height, and intersect the two. you can play around with various heights and add more Negative volumes to play with. when you slice the project it should pop-up a message.
