Allow Flex Filaments to be Added to Ender 3 S1 Pro

I've tried to copy one of the Flex filament (SainSmart TPU) to a copy and edit the dependencies. Still I cannot get it to be seen by the printer profile. Do I need to click the "Detach from system preset" button? I've tried setting the Compatible printers to All and also removing the Compatible printers condition. I still cannot see  it available to add. I see it as a User Preset under the Prusa Mk3S. But that user preset isn't visible when I click the Add/Remove filaments button.

Thanks,

rod

Simple answer is yes. You need to detach it. The dependencies is the ‘old’ way from before the did vendor bundles. Once detached it will be available to any printer.

Be sure to check if it has any conditionals to change anything like linear advance in there. If it does make sure to remove them. It’s stuff like that is the reason PRUSA locks them to their printers. While most of the settings are pretty generic you got to look for the gotcha ones.
