Advice Sought: Alien Doll orientation and infill questions

I'm going to be printing this alien baby at about 13" height. Is this the best orientation for dolls/figures like this? I tried a few different (on back, angled) but this seems to have the best print time and organic supports look easy to remove (Attached pics).

Also, when I'm using PrusaSlicer, it looks like the thing is entirely solid, though I have infill set to 15% grid. Unless I'm misunderstanding the picture with the solid orange when enabling the clipping of view.

Any tips would be appreciated as this is coming in around 2 days of print with 20 hours of that being the Infill.Any guidance would be appreciated as this is my second print (I realize it's ambitious but it's something we've wanted to make for a while).

RE:

Thats not what clipping view is for.  You slice it and then use the slider on the right to scroll through the sliced layers.  That will show you the infill.
Looks like you need to learn the basics, https://help.prusa3d.com/product/prusaslicer   (although Ive had a quick look and it seems Prusa now has lots of broken links so the knowledge base is broken).

Without at minimum the model of the V hybrid baby or more ideally a saved project file from PS (File>Save Project as) and then take the resulting 3mf file, zip it up and attach it here then advice will be limited as to best orientation.  I cant see the bottom of that being flat so that's going to require lots of supports and any surface above supports is generally not great so minimising what supports are needed is the goal.

Personally from what I can see I would tilt it back so that the support for the mouth/eyes etc isnt needed , thats going to be a major focus area for anyone looking at it.  While that will mean a bit more support elsewhere on the bottom and the back I bet you can reduce it alot.  Especially in conjuction with painting to define areas where you want support.  The auto is usually overzealous.  Also those areas will be easier to post process than the moth and face.  With a project people can play around with it and see what works and then post back their best guesses.

Thanks for the advice. I do need to learn more basics. I tend to jump right in and learn as I go but this likely isn't something I can do that with.

I'm enclosing a .zip of the Project in Prusa Slicer and I will start looking at the knowledge base as well as videos I've found. Thank you!

First of all thanks for the file.  Something that size you aren't going to get the time down that much.

I have attached a version with how I would orient it.  Also tweaked a couple of other settings.  Mainly the number of perimeters (increased) and reduced the infill slightly as well as turning the vertical shell thickness to partial.  More perimeters gives a much stronger print than infill.
Currently down to 1d23h in stealth mode.
